Shipping and Returns

The checkout page displays the domestic rates for New Zealand only. For international delivery, select your country or region from the drop down menu under “Shipping Address” after inputting your email address. The shipping cost will automatically update depending on your selected country.

How long does my order take to ship?

We almost always process and dispatch our orders within a period of between 2 - 3 business days.

International Shipping 

Initial order confirmation emails aren’t confirmation of your shipping. Once your orders been dispatched you’ll receive an email outlining shipping details and providing you with your tracking number.

It is important you check that your shipping information is correct and look into any international shipping costs before placing your order. If you have any questions, please email info@zayin.co.nz.

  • Zayin is not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.

  • Zayin is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Zayin is not responsible for any courier delays.

  • Zayin is not responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns.

  • Zayin is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you may incur for international shipping. 

What is your return policy? 

We have a 28 day Refund policy. When you make a purchase with ZAYIN, you are agreeing to our "28 day refund policy" policy. You have 28 days from the day you receive your order, to request a refund and to send something back to us excluding the cost of delivery and a 20% restocking and handling charge (this is to cover the cost of an inspection to ensure goods are in a saleable condition and returned to our stock unopened and unused).
